England vs Costa Rica OR Italy vs Uruguay, both on at 5pm tomorrow.

Which game will you be watching? As an England fan I'd normally watch the England game obviously, but this time I'm more tempted by the other Group D match.

There's not really anything riding on England vs Costa Rica (other than whether CR finish 1st or 2nd), whereas the other game is vital for both teams and promises to be far more tense and exciting.

I see that the England game will be shown on the "main" channel, but really the other match is far more important.

Similarly tonight they've scheduled Brazil vs Cameroon as the main game, but Croatia vs Mexico looks to be the more interesting one.

How do you mean? 2 screens at the same time, 1 screen flicking from one to the other, or watching one live and recording the other to watch later?

2 screens. Probably have the England game on the TV with the other one on the laptop. I'll be doing the same for all of the final group games.

I shall be watching The Italy v Uruguay game live as theres more riding on it.
But I shall be watching the full re-run of the England game later.

Ive also picked Croatia v Mexico tonight for the same reasons that its more of a straight shoot-out to see who qualifies.

The Italian game. I don't want to face 90 minutes of stress and anger. Hopefully Costa Rica win and show England up.

This is probably what I'll do also. I wouldn't mind seeing the England game to see how they play, but the result isn't important and therefore I don't feel the need to watch it live without knowing the score. Italy/Uruguay is all about the drama of qualifying so I'll watch that live.

I've tried following 2 games simultaneously before but it doesn't really work for me as I can't really get properly involved in either.

Will be interesting to see how the ratings are for all the simultaneous games and whether the major channels will actually get the higher viewing figures they expect.

Everyone should boycott the England match just to show how embarrassed the players should be for their World Cup performance

Radio 5 is doing the England game so I'll have that on the radio with the other game on telly with the sound

If anything interesting happens in the England game the delay on TV pictures is such that you can flick over and watch it 'as live' a few seconds later.......

Neither.

Still relevant answer though as we had planned to shut the office 3 hours early for the last few months, tomorrow for the last game.

Decided against it now and I will be in until 7 ish, so wont see either.

Or any of the four 5pm pairs. Seems odd to retain the 13:00 kick off times, I would have thought they would be the first to go.

It's an England game so I will be watching England.

For the rest I will just choose what looks to be the best match - be it team wise or what's riding on it.

As a neutral, it's got to be the game with a place to play for, so Italy/Uruguay for me.

Will miss the first half.

ITV4+1? Unless you don't get home until 19.00, of course.

Post-season friendly in all but name versus a Winner-takes-all tie for a place in the knock-out stages of the World Cup. No-brainer for me.

England, just to see Lampard's last game. But if we are rubbish and losing I'll switch over.

The perfect excuse to buy that 50 inch telly to go alongside your 46 er....

I will probably tape England and watch Italy game.

I will check the MBMs after to see if I missed anything in particular, etc.

Some interesting betting on both these Games, the bookies can't seem to split Italy and Uruguay at all, and England are relatively big favourites to beat Costa Rica.

Having seen Rous line up I have gone for Sturridge to get two goals or more.

I was thinking of doing Acosta Arica to come back from behind to win at 17/1 which seems quite possible. I do think England should get something though.
