Neither. Not everyone is English or is going to speak RP. Wise up.

Both are very easy to understand.

Strachan just said that diving, feigning injury etc is a product of extreme poverty. Yeah I'm sure Thomas Muller was brought up in a shack in downtown Munich.

Strachan is totally unintelligible as are Dalglish and Lambert. They are just as Scottish as Alan Hansen who is perfectly clear and intelligible.

There are plenty of Scots on TV with perfect diction- e.g Andrew Neil, Andrew Marr, Hardeep Singh Kohli, Kirsty Young, Kirsty Wark and numerous others so need to foist the mumblers on us. Nothing to do with accent.

It is easier to understand Henry, Viera and Seedorf than Strachan who perhaps still has an edge on Cannavaro who learnt English three years ago.

Strachan needs to go to a Miss Jean Brodie diction class.

Depends where you are from and what accents your ears are used to.

It's like saying they should get English people in who have English accents then complain when it's Carragher
