Have France ever got 9 points in a world cup group stage? They said in their last match, it was their first back to back victories in the world cup group stages since 1998.

The build up to this match has been decidedly low-key from the TV coverage. I guess I'm stating the obvious but with England going out, the fizz seems a bit less from both British broadcasters.
