That was quite a leap, and maybe next time he makes the leap not so high for then the ball would go in.

Ecuador going for it in the last 30 seconds against Switzerland has cost them, got caught on the break and 15 seconds before the whistle blew Switerland scored.

I know it was in the 'spirit' in the tournament to attack but that was just stupid, could have taken the draw.

Keep it tight upto an hour and stay in it or so then maybe go for it last half hour. As things stand they only need 1 unless Switzerland score more.
Well I'd like to hope that there is a plan to it like that.

Not a very good game, Switzerland are atleast going for it.

France don't care and Ecuador aren't going for it, very dull.

Half time..and Ecuador need to win this game!
All the passing the ball from one to the other was nonsense.

Only a 2.21 shot, but nice to have landed my bet at HT.

Doubles (x1) Honduras vs Switzerland, Ecuador vs France
Honduras vs Switzerland
Switzerland to Score 2+ Goals - Yes
40/85
Ecuador vs France
Over/Under First Half 1.5 - Under
1/2

I guess that Ecuador must have felt that France may be a bit more tired in the second half and thus be a bit more vulnerable?
I'd like to think that the first half was a definite gameplan by Ecuador.

Hoping Ecuador dont go through, very poor 1st half, don't deserve it on that showing.

Might explain those passes Ecuador did, so on with 2nd half and we'll see.

Antonio Valencia is a nasty piece of work. Two feet off the ground, out of control, dangerous and reckless. Correct decision to send him off.

Saw his true character in that ridiculous reaction to the Sterling challenge in the warm up game. Delighted he's been sent packing.

Good god ref that's not a red. His foot was barely off the ground, then there is the sheild of the ball underneath Valencia's foot protecting the player.

There seems to be a lot of games where the ref speaks the same language as one of the teams, couldn't they/shouldn't they try to avoid that?
