You've imagined that one i'm afraid. Ritchie Scott has never had an onscreen love interest, she has mentioned she's a lesbian but we've never been introduced to any partner. Alison Newman's character was only in it briefly as the copper investigating Max's hit and run, her character in Footballers Wives was a lesbian however if your getting mixed up with her.

Alison Newman is made for Eastenders, I hope her character will be sticking around and that of course she shares scenes with Shirley.

Hopefully after the case she'll retire and move to the Square.

Kate Mitchell started out as a police officer and she hung around for just over two years so there is scope to have a police character stay longer than the initial storyline that they appear in.

I'd like to see Emma stay on the show after the Lucy storyline concludes too.

Oh yeah I forgot about Kate.

It must be significant that they are bringing Alison's very minor character back just as we head into late Summer/early Autumn. The time when DTC said the story would pick up pace thanks to a curveball being dropped.

I also agree about Emma. I've always loved Anna Acton so hope they keep her on.

Hehehe! She certainly looks older than 46 (must be her "stage age"), but not as old as Dot Nobody looks as old as Dot!
