Being charged for calls I havent made
Fontie

Last month I got charged for a call I did not make 08434100301 53.12 minutes £10.86 I know I didn't call this number its one of those dodgy cold call company that in fact called me, after arguing this toss with Three they eventually gave me a £5 credit saying I must have redialled the number without knowing by mistake which I guess could have happened but I doubt. Anyway this months bill shows I've been charged for 3 calls to 03300673800 all lasting a minute and costing £2 I was on holiday when these calls were made and I know without doubt I didn't make any calls whilst abroad this number has cropped up on my bill before but has always been included in my minutes so I ignored it. Google does not reveal anything about this 03300****** number anyone know what it is. Also I got charged whilst away again £1.25 each for 2 incoming calls that I didn't answer that went through to Hulumail I thought I wouldn't be charged for calls that went to hulumail and retrieved over wifi ? where I was on holiday wasn't a feel at home country.

Sorry the above has gone on a bit

Dont suppose you have a rogue app on your phone? Or maybe a virus of some description?

Well I got that wrong, googling some more I found the 03006 number is Hulumail I always though you were not charged to retrieve Hulumail voicemails where ever you were in the world seems this isn't the case when your abroad and that's what the 3 £2 calls were. Kudos to Three they did credit my account with the £6 when really it was down to me for not understanding Hulumail. Now to quickly try and get a mod to delete the 03006 number I posted !
