They won't get near 25 million this surely with the KO time.

No chance of a draw being played out either the crowd won't stand for it. (the impartial Brazilian crowd).

I hope so to...after hosting the world cup, football never really took of in the US. Maybe a good run this year will help people become supporters and watch/take up football outside the world cup.

Not much going for you on the football front, supporting two poor teams. I hope you are not a Man U fan as well. Nobody deserves that.
When the US hosted the 1994 World Cup, one of the conditions leading up to bidding to host was to found the Major League Soccer (1993) as part of the United States' successful bid to host the 1994 FIFA World Cup. The MLS is made up of 19 teams - 16 in the US and 3 in Canada. However that number will grow as three additional teams are set to join the MLS:
New York City FC
Orlanda City SC
Atlanta

I'll be quite excited to see how much enthusiasm there is for Association football in Atlanta, GA. As a Southerner, I say, it will be interesting to see how the American South takes to kicking a ball across a field instead of trying to figure out how to deflate it with a shotgun

And no, I'm not a Manchester United Fan. I live in Leeds....

With the weather neither side will want to make a mistake so 0-0 might be a good bet.

When I heard what the weather was like pitch side it was concerning. But from listening to talksport, the pitch was inspected and deemed playable, but it's getting to the stadium that seems to be the most problematic for the fans.

Geoff Cameron had to be yanked for the nightmare Portugal game but oh dear Gonzalez is a liability. I'm scared.

Pretty sure Miami are getting a team, too. That's beyond me because Miami sports fans are wall-to-wall awful.

It just showed a clip of the rain. There's been flooding in the city

Looked like it was lashing down at the stadium as well

A draw in this one would see both sides through to the round of 16, but a German win would seem the more likely outcome. In the nine previous times these sides have met the Germans have won 6 times and the Americans 3. No draws.
Enjoy the match!
Afternoon Peter, and others...hoping for a great match.

Reckon Suarez should have got more than 4 months, but his days in current WC are well and truly over.

Oh dear wide spread flooding, and wet in the stands says Gary as TV shows us a lot of water. among the seats. Hub's going to record other match for me.

USA could qualify while England are at home watching the telly.

Talk about a shift in footballing power across the Atlantic. As the USA have improved, England have stagnated, perhaps even gone backwards.

Suarez to appeal, or the people behind him will, as he wants to play the matches. Naughty boy doesn't deserve it though

Do they have the same system that we have where a frivolous appeal, results in a bigger punishment ?

The local garage is well pissed off, they brought loads of England flags for cars and now they can't give them away. I told them to save the flags for the Euros.

I am

two managers who know each other really well and have worked together in the past , a draw suits both teams , hard not to be cynical , very much hope to be proven wrong tho
