It's not been mentioned on the BBC coverage but Khedira injured his calf in the warm up and has been replaced by Kramer.
Must be absolutely gutting for him - and he'll obviously be a big loss as he was outstanding against Brazil.

Even though I tipped Argentina at the start of the tournament I will be rooting for a German win tonight.

I could be wrong but I'm sure the BBC had pictures of him disappearing down the tunnel??
