Football will undoubtedly be the true winner.

I can offer you the opportunity to have this thread Peter_Lamy branded. The Peter_Lamy branding is extremely prestigious and should increase your view rate.

I am longing for Pete to post, if only to tell us he's OK, not on the edge of a cliff, or Runcorn Bridge.

Is there a charge for this branding? Can you make me a pie chart detailing exactly how many more views i can expect if i take you up on the offer?

The fact that it isn't a 2300 kick off = no need for a cup of fine Pact coffee.

Boss.

You don't want us to enjoy the match? What's wrong with you?

so it would seem that the group H winner was indeed Belgium and they will now play the mighty USA in the official round of 16.

This is the most intriguing one for me. Belgium were a bit of a hipster choice but Mertens aside I've been a little non-plussed, whereas USA somehow have a plucky lower league feel about them that I really like, that and a super sexy away kit.

I have no doubt this officially official thread will enhance my enjoyment of the game.

"I believe that we will win!!"

As long as Fellaini and Adnan do themselves justice that will do for me!

Adnan who?

Eden needs to step up, he's only shown glimpses of what he's capable of so far. Tim will again be important for the USA I think, Belgium to just edge it, though nothing surprises me anymore at this World Cup.

The official Group H winner has a certain je ne sais quoi.
I heard there will be banners saying "Forza official Group H winner" tomorrow.

I'm really looking forward to this game now, hoping Jeueergen (Klinsmann, that is!) and the boys (Tim, Chad, Chuck, Buzz, Lando) can do it.
