Could this be one of the most boring characters at the moment. I cringe whenever this dweeb is on screen moaning and sulking.

Cant wait until she dies and Verity Rushworth pisses off and finds a new job where she is actually good at what she does

Well dang. Reminds me of how people react to Tina.

you realise this will bring Marlon centre stage with his "troubles" with April

Yeah you are right. Moron and Laurel will no doubt welcome April into their dysfunctional inbread Dingle family. Still a small price to pay for getting rid of the winging Donna and her zero chemistry with Ross. She has made Ross unwatchable.

I love Donna. I'd soon rather watch her than any of the rotten Dingles.

Although I could really do more of Ross and Donna and far less of Marlon and Donna.

I've never thought Ross was watchable - he's my all time least favourite ED character.

I wouldn't go as far as saying he's my least favourite of all time, but he is definitely one of my least favourites out of the current crop of characters. Utterly charmless and irritating.

I want Bonnie & Clyde to be caught soon; it is very annoying when criminals in soaps get away with everything; have the writers forgotten that Ross has already car-jacked Laurel's car, kidnapped baby Leo and stolen lots of cars?
When Donna departs this mortal coil, somebody else will have guardianship of April and, hopefully, will buy her some clothes. It is very sad that the little girl is always dressed as a pantomime character. Ross is the least interesting of the Barton clan, so he won't be missed when he goes to prison.

I'm really looking forward to the climax of the story, especially seeing how Ross is going to deal with the situation. I'd love to see him take on a kind of secret protective role with April. It could show a more compassionate side to him to offset the bad boy stuff.

She makes every scene boring and she is singlehandedly sucking the life out Emmerdale. You see her car pull up and you just know the scene is going to go down as the most boring scene. She should take James Barton and fade away.

If you had a young child and knew you were dying in a few months time would you be bright and cheerful all the time? If she was like that there'd be loads of complaints on here saying that ED are not portraying a dying woman worried about about the future of her young child realistically.

What a thread title!

This. It's driving me nuts. Watched last night's episodes a couple of hours ago and there she is, getting dragged about by Ross, not exactly arguing with Marlon as that idiot was doing all the shouting but all this seemed to take no toll on her at all, not one hint that she is terminally ill. Now, I know that some people can look relatively healthy until they're about to die, but dear me, a type of terminal lung cancer without the odd cough? Wheeze? Generally just being 'off colour'? Ludicrous and it's really starting to annoy me. We've had a couple of scenes where she looks like she might be in pain but that's it. She marches around as if she's in perfect health barely breaking out a sweat never mind having breathing problems - her bin search the other week took the bloomin' biscuit Was it some kind of medical for work/insurance that highlighted the cancer because I'm buggered if it was supposed to be any symptoms! (I presume this has been addressed on screen but I might have missed it?)

As cute as it is I agree. There has to be times when she's not 'in costume' FGS! Has to learn that there are times and occasions when dressing up like a fairy etc is out of the question, though I did find it quite amusing that she got baptised in a polar bear outfit but I doubt I'd have let my child do it!

If this was real I bet she'd be on of those really eccentric dressers as an adult I wonder if the likes of Paloma Faith dressed up like April as a child?
