Good point that I didn't think to consider.

Any others we think could be in that category?
Zlatan?

Shame as Colombia are going out in the quarters.
Why do you say that? I think Columbia have shown a lot more than Brazil have.

Nasty foul by Gimenez.

First sign of Uruguay going back to what they know?

When people talk about who will be the next team to win the World Cup for the first time (ie not one of the 8 who have won it already) Colombia are always a popular choice. The way they look right now it could well be in 2 weeks time.

Brazil will find a way against Colombia, somehow they'll get through.

I wonder if the Uruguay fans will turn on Suarez if they go out tonight?
I think they will just continue to blame all and sundry but not the person who really is to blame!

Looks like Yellow is a lucky colour tonight

Silly me, I should have clarified. I meant players that will dominate the game after Messi and Ronaldo. Bale, Rodriguez and Neymar I was thinking but I'm wondering if there's someone I missed.

Brazil vs Columbia next Friday night, 9pm.

I got one of those £2.50 tickets to see Black Sabbath in Hyde Park at the same time, think I will give Ozzy a miss

Bet TV will play Coldplay "Yellow" at some time during the transmission.

Deliberate stamp. Can't see Uruguay keeping 11 on the pitch.

Colombia don't look like losing this from here.

Would be great to see them hammer Brazil in the next round as well.
This World Cup is like a mini Copa América.

Looking forward to Friday, that stadium is going to be all yellow! Unless Uruguay can pull something out the bag here.

Great performance so far but I won't get carried away yet. They haven't played any noteworthy sides so far.

Uruguay just don't seem to have that bite about them today.

Few dubious challenges coming in now from the Uruguayans.

It's not stopping them nibbling at the ankles though.

Toothless Uruguay look like they're going out.
I think they're on strike because of S, it's been said before game started that the team aren't happy S isn't there. So far in the game they have showed a lack of enthusiasm in wanting to play, and are there just for show. A goal from there would up the game spirit overall.
