What about the TV's own tuner (Freeview)?

Is the actual TV model the UE46F6510 rather than the garbled version you wrote?
Have a look at the E-MANUAL via the button on the remote or download the e-manual here and look at Page 104 (User Manual 4.57 MB, PDF, ENGLISH) 16 Mar, 2013: http://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/UE46F6510SBXXU On the TV go to the Sound main menu, scroll down and enter Additional Settings, then Digital Audio Out, Audio Delay. |

Sorry OP. I can be an idiot at times and this is one of those times. I do get it right mostly I think, but I can only hold my hands up and apologise to you.

It wasn't obvious from a quick scan of the manual whether there was any other form of lip sync or audio delay setting that would affect the built in speakers. Mind you that doesn't mean there isn't any. Some of the Samsung "e-manuals" I've seen have been as useful as a chocolate fire guard and tell you sod all useful.
So it might be worth looking in the Audio settings menu for any Lip Sync/Audio Delay setting for the speakers and giving it a try. If it was only affecting external devices, such as the Blu Ray player, I would be looking in the menu systems on those devices for a Lip Sync/Audio Delay setting and tweaking that. |
