Phoned daily by Three - 0800 numbers
Over the last few weeks, I've been recieving phone calls from 0800 numbers such as 0800 358 4489 sometimes up to three times a day.
I Googled the phone number and it shows that the calls are from Three inquiring if people want to upgrade their phones. I haven't answered the calls because I know their sales calls. Does anyone know how to stop these calls? I read a post by Three support on Twitter which says you can set this in my3, but I don't see any option there. |

I had a look on MyThree and couldn't see how to do it either. On my phone (Samsung Note 2) I can block specific numbers, failing that I suppose you could just answer one of the calls and tell them to stop calling you.

I had this when in America a few weeks ago, with the time difference you really appreciate it! I've already told them to stop calling last time they called me... Anoying doesn't quite cover it

Just tell them you're not interested, and that you will contact them if and when you need to speak to them. I've done this and haven't had a call since.

I get these too, normally a few times a week but normally it's when I'm working so I don't bother answering anyway

To change your contact preferences, log on to My3, click Your Details, and scroll down to "How We Contact You". Tick the methods you don't want to be contacted via. I've never heard a thing from them after doing that.

I picked up and spoke to them yesterday, wasn't too bad, tried to get me interested in a new mobile /tablet /mobile data
I humoured him a bit, but made it clear I wasn't really interested as his offers just sounded like normal prices. hopefully that's it for now. |
