Philth and Dean
I have not seen tonight's episode but from the reviews I do not think I will bother.
Am I to understand that the repulsive short-arse with the heart condition scared (yet again) a much younger, stronger man? And that said young man did not even attempt to punch the aging little thugs lights out? Like Sean (trained, psychopathic killer), Andrew Cotton (the size of a house), Conner (incredibly muscular giant), Johnny Allen (big time gangster), Jase (took an entire firm on by himself but then meekly let Philth 'own' him), Derek (supposed to be a terrifying thug who even Pat was scared of when he first appeared) etc etc? They never even tried either. ![]() Philth is ruining the show and has been for years as TPTB destroys any character to keep his bullshit 'King' status intact - look at what they are doing to Shirley. Look at how Mick has done nothing after he sold them a dodgy pub and treats his beloved sister like the shit on his shoe. It is totally ridiculous - I have a theory that many years ago the notorious gangster Dave Courtney (his mate) threatened TPTB that Philth must never be bested. It is the only explanation I can think of their ludicrous worship of the disgusting bastard. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

The Phil scenes were exactly as you described so I'm sure you'll love watching them.
It was a good episode though.

![]() I will watch it, I was just having a rant! ![]() Just ignore Philth - its hard to do, I know lol - but he wasn't THAT bad and his role was fairly minor in the whole SL Tbh lol (relatively speaking, anyway). We all need to keep up with current SL events - even the mutual dislikers of the Philth - in order to best enjoy the whole story. |

Very true, it will be worth it just for the immortal Stan. ![]() And I adore Linda, Mick and Nancy. They are all superb and Maddie has breakout future star written all over her, beautiful, talented and incredibly natural.

Yeah mate - Stan was really good stuff, actually - as ever.
Linda and Johnny (surprisingly) were both strong in their performances, Nancy was an absolute joy as ever and Mick's current story is also quite an interesting one, to be fair. Maddie Hill is definitely one to watch and a certain future star, with great potential. Good to watch them all - and some unusual out on location stuff (which one always has to keep their eyes peeled and an eye out for in EE). Just be sure to ignore the Philth, particularly his dire scene with Dean (but it didn't dominate everything, thank goodness - it was fairly minor stuff). |

Maybe Dean will turn out different from all the rest hmmm?

So did you manage to watch it then? Were you able to sleep last night after watching such violent behaviour from Philth, knocking over a whole bottle of champagne on to the counter!

To be fair he was all set to kill Phil, Johnny went to the Vic with a gun, but Phil wasn't there he was breaking into Johnny's and found Ruby passed out drunk on the floor after drinking a bottle of Vodka. Johnny found out Phil had given Ruby mouth to mouth and taken her to the hospital and he agreed to start again with Phil as he had saved a life which he didn't have to do.
Thanks.
