The first post, if you care to read it, was talking about the qualifiers from the group stages as a % of representatives from their continent. I never said for one minute the winners would come from North America, I pointed out how well they did. Remember that 4 of FIFA's top 10 ( Spain, Portugal, Italy and England ) all went out in the groups
