I have heard of terrible people who break the terms of their contract and use FoxFi and change the browser user agent of the tethered device. Works a charm (alegedly).
I know of people who have done similar for years, they all seem to have been caught out doing it in the last 3 or 4 months and the Three tethering check software seems to catch them within minutes of attempting to tether these days.

My advice to them is to change to the One Plan while they still can if they want reliable unlimited tethering in the future.

I think that's for the new phone plans..
don't even get me started with the 0800/0845 silliness that Three have been showing the last few months. I find it annoying as hell. Let me find ways to spend my minutes calling 0800 numbers, LOL.
Strange, why would you prefer to pay for the privilege of ringing the 0800 ,Vodafone charge around 14p per minute,I know which I would prefer but don't get

0800Buster has been on the scene for several years - not free, but it does mean you can call 0800 numbers out of your inclusive minutes on any network.

You can get a sim only deal with Three for £12.90 per month 1 month rolling contract, 200 minutes, 5000 texts and all-you-can-eat data.

http://store.three.co.uk/SIM_Only/Voice_Pay_Monthly

or you can pick any of the others.

You can also get a pay as you go from Three all in one 15 which gives you 300 minutes, 3000 texts and all you can eat data for £15 top up.
Thanks for that info
I suggested the compare web sites as I thought the they wanted a phone, but this works out great for me as I'm already with 3 and my iphone is still good.
Saved me some money there x
