hi folks anyone use a vodaphone mobile payg dongle?

anyone who does can you tell me how to create the account so you can top up and buy datapack with top up voucher .

dongle was bought for realtive who has very limited internet knowledge therfore only be using it rarely. £10 datapack already included with purchase of dongle but omg had to get intouch with vodaphone online chat to finally get it activated and working, now due for top up again so contacted vodaphone again they said they have activated the new data pack yet lo and behold not working again .

was told you need to reister a dongle account? then do top online with voucher .

problem i have is i dont live near my realtive as ive said he has very limited knowledge and i dont know what to tell him he is supposed to do i assume somewhere on his dongle screen he will have to type in some info , i cannot go through this everymonth when new data required and vodaphone anything but helpful .

new data pack was suppsed to start today yet it hasnt although was told on live chat last night it would, arghh just need help

What you need is someone on the ground where your relative lives .

He or she must have a friend , relative, neighbour etc to look at the screen and speak to Voda .

If Vodaphone are making life difficult , there are plenty of alternative companies who will take the top-up money on a recurring basis

ty i really is difficult though as he is not easy to communicate with.

might be best if i reg the dongle in my name
