They just did a complete run through and it's looking pretty good - choreography is minimal.

Lol, sorry to laugh at that. Kids today don't know they're born. We were so poor we had to eat the snow, we couldn't afford ice cream.

O/T I'm getting fed up with Let It Be Now. I am going to have to drag myself away and go shopping.

I really have no idea if it is Coldplay or not, so yes please pm me the link.

I was getting desperate to know the name and was trying to work out how I could ask in the music forum what this tune was..........dur dur dur dur durrrrr, but I guessed they would have clipped my ear and shown me the door.

Ooooh, Reggie is practicing his song with David and I think he's got a chance of pulling this one off. It's MC Hammer's 'U Can't Touch This' and it's sounding pretty good - he doesn't have to sing and he's got the 'viiibe'!

Edith has been called up next with David and Debra's in with Carrie.

Oooooh, Debra's crying. Looks like we're not gonna find out why because were now looking at Gina in with David - she's just been given her song - Kool and the Gang's 'Celebration' - sounding awful!

Is Debra upset because the song has a lot of meaning to her, or because she had trouble with a note?

Its because the last line means too much.

That's pretty mean .... this song, in particular the last line, breaks her up .... it does have a meaning to her.

... But I think it could work in her favour because it'll make her performance stand out as she'll be very emotive.

This is the first time I have been able to see her reherse, but I think it sounds pretty good.

Surprising how much nerves these slebs have ...

Live Update:

Edith is in with David now and they're having a little chat. She's really enjoying performing but she doesn't want to do it for a living.

Cut to the bedroom now with the stylist and Gina, Ade and Jonn - Gina is blowing huge bubble gum bubbles! . Jesus, I'd forgotten what a droning voice that stylist has.

Cut to Nick practicing his song with Carrie - Tom Jones's 'Kiss' - not sounding so good so far but it's early days - needs more comedy IMO.

Nick is looking rather rough and rugged this morning!

And sounding just as bad. Hope he's got a big fanbase, otherwise he must have a very good chance of going tonight. That is hurting my ears, I keep wanting to clear my throat for him! Now I really am going shopping, supposed ot have gone an hour ago!

That is what I was thinking .... ne needs to use comedy on this!

Glad we are now also getting to see Kevin doing some of the choreography too ... (with Reggie now)

Dawn's practicing 'I Don't want to Think About It' with Carrie - not sounding too good. It's very low.

... and I'm being shallow here but she needs to shave or dye the hairs on her top lip.

Of course you are being shallow, but you are correct too

I'm sure make-up will sort that out today

Thank goodness I am not the only one that notices these things. On the bright side though, it isn't as bad as the old lady I saw last year. She had a beard and I thought my son was going to explode, as I slapped my hand across his mouth. he has a knack of saying things far too loudly.

Lol! I find the 'evil eye' does the trick with mine.
