There was a shot of Edith sitting on her bed a few minutes ago, but unless you count a shot of a pair of double doors as hilarious or exciting you havn't missed much. Chris and Kim went into the red nose booth and had to tell us things that they had found out about their fellow celebs.

Nah it's got to be Nick if it's on singing ability - he was terrible earlier.

The only one I didn't see practice was Chris so I have no idea how he did - although if his last 2 performances are anything to go by, he'll be in the bottom 3 again.

From the ones I saw practicing, I'd say Gina was by far the worst. Nick wasn't very good with his singing but I've got a feeling he'll pull it off with a comic performance.

The other one who didn't sound too good IMO, was Dawn although I think it may have been because I just heard her singing with the piano - she'll probably sound a lot better with the full backing track.

Dawn was TERRIBLE - even worse than Gina I'd say. She could be in trouble with this song.

Kim is sound great singing now, Don't Speak. It's her best one so far to my ears anyway.

I know this is not on today's live feed, but did anyone hear Carrie when they were doing the playbacks last night. She told them every single one of the celebs would raise a million each for comic relief. I think she is being more than a little optimistic. If the phone calls are 25p and only 15p of that goes to Comic Relief the whole series would need a total of 87,000,000 phone votes

Caught him practising today with no music and he was pitch perfect!

I was really shocked as up until now he's been almost as out of tune as Konnie!

I'd have put money on him going tonight but if he sings like he did earlier, I don't know who I'd bet on !

I agree Dawn is having major problems with this one , its such a BIG song too!
I think she'll be relying on her already established fans and past performances to carry her through this time.

Afterthought....................worst case scenario ....judges would save her anyway.

Right ... I had on the TV earlier and was half watching when I saw Gina pretend play fight one of the make-up ladies. Was it the same woman who Alex Parks was interested in (the one with the accent?)

Anyway .. a few hours later, this makeup lady shows her arm and its apparently really brused where Gina bit her!

Did nobody else pick up on this? Strange behavious - Gina reckons she bites all her friends !

Anyone else listening to Chris talking to Reggie? He thinks it is a conspiracy and that Reggie probably wasn't in the bottom three, as his performance was up there at the top. The judges saved Gina, knowing that the students would save Reggie.

I never heard him explain why he thought the judges would be desperate to want Jon out. Is he forgetting that this is all for Comic Relief and not to be taken seriously?

It's ridiculous, they come on earlier now when no one is awake, but turn it off just as everyone is getting in from the pub.

The figure is based on the additional donations made via pledges and sponsorship by extending the Comic Relief event beyond a single evening, raising the profile of the charity and motivating people to part with cash. How they can possibly come up with that figure I don't know, but the totals for 2001 were £22.5M on the night and £55M when all the cash was counted. In 2003 £35M on the night and £61.5M when counted. I'll be very surprised if donations aren't down this year after the Tsunami appeal. There may not be "compassion fatigue" but there are harsh economic realities that some will feel they can't afford to give as generously only a couple of month on.
