Coronation Street. Best soap on telly. 1. Corrie 2. Emmerdale 3. Eastenders 4. Doctors 5. Hollyoaks but if we class Holby city as a soap then 4. Holby City 5. Doctors |

Coronation Street. Best soap on telly. Well it is eastenders for me, it has the best cast and they have gone back to having good story lines. Coronation Street is full of actors I do not like and has a whole host of horrible characters. |

EastEnders but I think the recent Pat Phelan storyline in Coronation Street was great.

Emmerdale - the Barton story is brilliant. May be more twists (e.g. James got the wrong sock, Emma turns up etc)

EastEnders - Plenty of storylines, interesting characters, great twists and some brilliant acting is making it the top soap for me at the moment. The only thing I have a problem with is the pacing of some of the major storylines.

Coronation Street always has been and always will be 'The Nations Favourite'. Long may it last.

I've really enjoyed EE this year and Corrie since Tina's death, and I'll go with Corrie because Alison King made it unmissable again for me.
