What a stupid name for it.
Why not just "Nick's" |

What's the point in that?
Just Nicks sounds like a rival to Underworld

Probably to get back at Leanne, lol, I hope it's not permanent, it sounds really tacky, lol.
Not to mention it would outdate the titles already *eye twitches* http://corriextra.co.uk/wp-content/u...3/credits2.jpg |

Yeah, it's his petulant reaction to Leanne/Kal. Don't know why he's bothering though, the place is called Nick's Bistro anyway; Leanne's name doesn't feature in any way, shape or form, never has done.
I know he's trying to get the point across that she's not entitled to a penny or whatever, but I'm past caring. A messy divorce aftermath had already been done with Leanne/Peter. Why Corrie are repeating the same tedious scenario, I don't know. |

I was in there last night, after a bit of late night scram like.
Must admit, the atmosphere was the best it’d been for yonks too. It’s been great in there since Mary Poppins pissed off. |

He should have named it "Not Leanne's" instead. Or perhaps, "Not That Lying, Cheating, Whore Leanne's." Quote:

How petty of Nick.
Even 'Not Leanne's' sounds better |

Interestingly it was originally called The Joinery and was jointly owned by Nick and Leanne.

He should call the 'The Guy who slaps his wife across the face' Bistro.

I liked 'The Joinery,' thought it was a good name.
Just Nick's sounds stupid. |

Just Nick's sounds stupid. Yes, The Joinery was after Turner's Joinery? And then it was refurbished (a lot) and called The Bistro, still owned by Nick and Leanne I believe. |

I always thought Leanne was just an employee, didn't realise she and Nick both owned it (although I guess she doesn't now
)Turner's Joinery rings a bell but for me 'The Joinery' always conjured up images of a classic carvery upmarket restaurant so I think it worked anyway. The Bistro seemed a bit more unimaginative and as for 'Just Nick's', it sounds like a cheap burger van in the park. |

If that's just to get back at Leanne I don't know why he wastes his energy. However that is quite a funny name.

Surely as his wife she is entitled in a divorce
But we all know that hapless Nick will come a cropper again, and finish up grovelling for forgiveness from Leanne |

Nick is now beginning to show his class. He was brilliant tonight. Time to teach that two bit brass a harsh, harsh, harsh lesson.

I think it's pretty funny if you think of the context. JUST Nick's. Meaning no Leanne.
Don't get me wrong, it's a terrible name. But I kinda think that's the point? |

Nick is being spiteful. Just Nick's is good, it will just flush him out that he is just as childish as the rest of his clan.
