Phospher Lag
I have a quick question about your Plasma TV LG RZ 42PX11.
I had this product installed 2 months ago and of late I have notice an increasing amount of phospher lag and the lag time seems to be increasing daily. Just browsing and closing the BSkyB Electrionic Program Guide leaves a hundred of so sparking blue/yellow pixels on the screen which last for around 60 seconds sometimes longer worse on darker images. Surely this is not correct! Should I take this product back to the retailer. |

Never heard of Phosphor lag, but if the screen is only two months old, you should contact the retailer immediately.

Neither had I but I did read something about it on
http://www.hometheatermag.com/direct...asmatvs/205lg/ I also just tried contacting LG and recieved the following; "out of office from : 2005/02/23 ~ to 2005/12/31" lol...So I tired their support phone number and got cut off after 3 mins. Now waiting for the retailer to get back to me! (

I've read the link you posted, and your problem doesn't sound the same to me.
Sounds like a faulty panel or driver PCB. I'd push the retailer for a replacement TV, rather than a repair. |
