From what I can gather....

Frankie told Christine about Caleb and Christine slipped up. Derrick / Cody blaming Frankie saying he cannot keep his mouth shut etc and warned Zach about him. Saying he could ruin their games.

Zach has warned Frankie and now Christine to be quiet.

Really like Zach declaring Frankie as the leader.
