im currently writing a story which for the first time features Multiple Masters teaming up to wipe out all 13 Doctors (Ive even include JH as i feel it wouldn't be fair but that's just my opinion)
i would love to submit it so that i could get a review of it as it is my first dr who fan story im writing but i dont know how.

would a Multi Master atchually work? if the doctor can meet himself then why cant the Master or any other time lord for that fact meet themselves

It would be a good way to introduce a new Master.
For example, we have two Masters, Simm and the next master (the doctor does not know that he is the Master). At the end of the story, Simm regenerates into next Master and Doctor realizes that his companion is actually a future Master. At this moment, we have two identical masters in the same room - one just regenerated and one a little bit older.

So it could deffinitely work, this is just one idea that came to my mind.

He'd end up making out with himself.

i think its one of the things that series hasn't done which if done right could be epic and be a real game changer for the show

Well, as long as you don't count The End of Time, which is in some ways the ultimate Multi-Master story!

One thing that bothered me about that story, and in fact would bother me about any multi-Master story, is the thought that the Master would willingly co-operate with anyone, especially himself! I always though his ego, like the Dalek's concept of purity, wouldn't allow anyone else to share power.

Having an older Master trick the Doctor into saving his earlier self would be neat, but possibly also the reverse - having the Master persuade the Doctor into rescuing an individual who turns out to be a later incarnation, perhaps immediately before that earlier incarnation cops it.

Would absolutely love to see it. Obviously it's not exactly possible right now, given that there is only really one master around who could still do it (simm), but maybe if this series does, as speculated introduce a new master, then simm and the new one could be in a future episode.

What would really be epic would be multi doctor versus multi master, say simm and a new master up against 10,11, and 12. Maybe it could happen for the 55th anniversary (because i'd really like to see it, and the 60th is way too long away )

I'm atchually in the middle of writing a story that includes multiple masters vs all the drs including War and 12 I'd love to put it on here for you all to read but I don't know how to my new master is played by Steve John Shepard as it's my dream casting

I'm not sure that the Master could trust himself, devious as he is. But then, I'd love to see that in a multi master story; the Master deceiving himself!

No reason why they couldn't introduce an earlier Master. The War Doctor was pulled out of nowhere yet we know There's 12 incarnations of the Master we haven't seen on screen.


Have Simm team up with his 5th Incarnation for example.

I think a Multi-Master story could be very interesting since while the Doctor tends to bicker with himself, the Master would have very little trust towards himself, and would try to one up his other incarnations. I wouldn't be surprised if their downfall was them trying to get at each other.

If I had my choice, I would have had the Delgado and Ainely version together. They were the best Masters and story with both of them would be fantastic. Hopefully we'll have a book or something one day...

I'm still waiting for the Master/Davros story.

This would be really intriguing as we have only ever seen the doctor face davros and not other time lords, i think they would atchually work together with them secretly plotting against one another

We all know that the cliffhanger for either s8 or s9 is the restoration of Gallifrrey with the cliffhanger being that he doesn't know if he brought them back

At the very least! I assume you're alluding to the fact that there were twelve incarnations prior to the very first time we ever saw him - and after the Time Lords brought him back, who knows how many he burned through during his escape from the Time War?

Who's not to say that Simms incarnation is the second to last of the current cycle that he was given during the time war? whose also not to say that the Master regenerated 10 times during the war?
Who knows eh? Who Nose?

It's possible to show other 'unseen' masters but something like that, to me, would just feel cheap and made up out of neccesity like the war doctor. If it did happen I would rather they waited until we'd had a new master for a few episodes at least, then there would be two masters who actually are/were really properly the master.

It's not so much important to ask 'would it work' as much as 'are there a million better story ideas to do?' And the answer to that question is 'yes'.
