What does everyone think of this american band? They are fast becoming one of the most popular bands in the UK, is this a good or a bad thing?
I think they rock, what does everyone else think?

Sound like tuneless shouty no marks to me, but that is just my opinion.

Check out Slipknots Army on Mark & Lard on Radio 1, classic comedy. Think that tomorrow is the last episode however. Hope they bring back Slim & Shady.

I like a lot of hard rock, but they don't do anything for me.

Slipknot are one of the best fastest growing rock bands in the world.
they rocked the states, there nearly big over here fair enough its only mosha kids of the age group of 12/18 year olds,
personally i like them a lot but would never buy any of there cds!
i went to see them in manchester and they were wicked.
better live than on tv or radio or even cd.
i have heard the iowa album and its great.

Unoriginal pants, spearheading the unoriginal pants mainstream for kids metal movement. God, their music sounds so awful.

They give metal a bad name.

Still a lot better than most manufactured bands though!

Strange band that slipknot they have a style that works for publicity that they need to be rich but in a music sense it doesn’t really convince me. Slipknot = rock……....I think not. (My opinion of course )
