Wasn't she shot last week? Because I remember the awful doctor actor who was like 'sorry grace the bullet damaged your left ovary, you may never have children' before leaving.

They don't mean shot again (well I think) it's like she has a relapse after coming out of hospital for being shot.
I don't even think they even care anymore if the audience cares. Who would care if Grace got shot or if she lived or died.
All that matters to them is that they have something dramatic going on in any given episode. That's it.
