for Talksport's commentary of Man Utd v Everton on Sunday, Jim Proudfoot will be joined by Danny Murphy. I know the difference asked about this-- and it was confirmed last night.

Thursday 2nd October - talkSPORT

UEFA Europa League Group Stage
FK Krasnodar v Everton - Graham Beecroft
Celtic v Dinamo Zagreb - Graham Courtney
Tottenham Hotspur v Besiktas - Ian Abrahams

Wembley Stadium - Ian Danter

Many thanks for posting the Sunday Exclusive commentary details Steve. Mark Saggers also mentioned last night that he'd be hosting from Old Trafford with the programme starting at 11am (the Sunday edition of The Warm Up has been cancelled this weekend). I imagine he'll stick around for the half-time period in the Chelsea v Arsenal game, as Adrian Durham does with the Saturday 5.30pm commentaries on Matchday Live, before they launch straight into Call Collymore at full-time in the 2.05pm kick-off.

Looks like this isn't the case. I see 5LSX will have Radio Scotland's commentary on the Saturday.

BBC London's Stuart Smith and Mick Payne are doing commentary on the above game for Daggers Player, although at the top of the broadcast Stuart mentioned that there was no coverage on BBC London.

Richard Shepherd and Anthony James are doing the Cardiff City Player commentary on their match at Blackpool, while Tangerine Player joined their broadcast on that game after the commentators had introduced themselves. Cambridge United's service has not yet began broadcasting a Us-slanted commentary on their game at Burton.

Friday 3rd October - Radio Wave 96.5

Ged Mills presenting Game On from Bloomfield Road

Championship
Blackpool v Cardiff City - Damian Collins and Ged Mills (7.45pm commentary)

This is the commentary being broadcast on Tangerine Player and on other Football League club websites. I didn't realise Radio Wave had commentary rights to Blackpool games, it must be a new-ish deal that had slipped beneath my radar (Google tells me that they were doing commentaries on the Seasiders last season).

Radio Wave is owned by UTV Radio, parent company not just of talkSPORT but also plenty of local radio stations that provide commentaries on their local clubs, such as Tower FM (Bolton Wanderers), Wish FM (Wigan Athletic), Signal 1 (Stoke City), Swansea Sound (Swansea City) and The Pulse of West Yorkshire (Bradford City).

BBC Radio Cambridgeshire

Peter Swan presenting BBC Radio Cambridgeshire Sport from the Pirelli Stadium

League Two
Burton Albion v Cambridge United - Mark Johnson and Doug Shulman (commentary on FM, AM and United Player)

United Player joined their commentary at around the midway point of the first half.

Are the BBC going to have four set of commentators for this game, for BBC Radio 5 Live, BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Radio Sheffield along with the BBC TV commentators.

Yes, and rightly so. Different stations cater for different audiences and needs.

And strictly speaking, the TV commentator is used for the world feed broadcast and the BBC simply use them for FLS. They are not employed or selected by the BBC. The BBC don't even produce FLS, it's independently produced and simply aired by the BBC.

Thanks for the details on 5Live 442. Surprised there not sending a last minute reporter to our game given the events yesterday

BBC Radio Wales

Swansea City v Newcastle United - Ian Hunt (host & updater on other frequencies) Simon Davies, Ian Walsh and guest for the day, Leon Britton (SW Wales FM & SW Wales DAB)
Oxford United v Newport County - Carl Roberts and Andy Legg (SE FM & SE Wales DAB / MW / Digital TV)
Torquay United v Wrexham - Mark Poyser and Jason Perry (North FM & NE Wales DAB / Online)
Bangor City v Carmarthen Town - Dylan Griffiths
Aberavon Wizards v Pontypridd (Principality Premiership RU) - Phil Steele

Thank god Andy Legg didn't think of becoming a referee after ending his career a few years ago, as for every foul in the second half he was questioning as to why the referee didn't caution a player. If it was him, we'd have ended up with an abandoned game

BBC Radio Cymru

Swansea City v Sunderland - Eleri Siôn (host) Gareth Blainey and Malcolm Allen (SW Wales and SE Wales FM commentary)
Oxford United v Newport County - Iwan Roberts
Torquay United v Wrexham - Owain Llyr (part host) and Marc Lloyd Williams (Mid & North Wales FM / Digital TV/Radio)
Bangor City v Carmarthen Town - Dylan Griffiths
Aberavon Wizards v Pontypridd (Principality Premiership RU) - Gary Samuel

Gareth Blainey's self-supplied stat during Camp Lawn of seeing whatever team he was commentating/reporting on either winning or not having a goal scored them, has now ended.

Owain Llyr will also be taking part (he says 'definitely not with the pro-runners) in tomorrow's Cardiff Half-Marathon, of which Radio Wales will have reporters there during live programming at the event.

BBC Bristol / Somerset

Ed Hadwin (studio host)

Walsall v Bristol City - Ian Randall (who said prior to the game coming out ask the audience whether or not they would mind if he would continue to call it the Bescot) and Adam Baker (94.9FM / 104.6FM / Somerset DAB)
Yeovil Town v Milton Keynes Dons - Chris Spittles and Chris Sweet (95.5FM)
Bristol Rovers v Dover Athletic - Andy Howard and Keith Brookman (1548MW / 1566MW / Online)
Moseley v Bristol - Andy Champion and Mark Hoskins (Bristol & Bath DAB / Online)

Ed Hadwin sounded bemused as to a texter saying that they couldn't go to see Bristol Rovers as 'he had Ironing to do'!

Swansea Sound

Swansea City v Sunderland - Anthony O'Connell (commentary)

BFBS Radio

Swansea City v Sunderland - Sam Fleet
Gloucester v Leicester Tigers - Simon Ward

BBC Radio Five Live Sports Xtra

Gloucester v Leicester Tigers (Aviva Premiership RU) (1515) - As BBC Radio Gloucestershire
Bristol Academy v Notts County Ladies - Chris Latchem and Ellen White
