Wanted Germany to beat France, shame it was a bland match though.

Have to admire the Germans' record in major tournaments.

Bit of a flat game really, especially from France. Suppose the credit for that must go to Germany.

I said it during the match against Algeria, Neuer is the goalkeeper of this world cup.

Germany win, but overall it was a average game imo. The French didn't look up for it and Germany just did what was needed.

C'mon Colombia !!!!!

France were shocking. Awful game but Germany won't care.

It's like watching Chelsea. Germany have strangled the game to death.

Germany's 20th major semi final (World cups and European championships).

England have only been to 4....

I'm expecting French shock when they discover that it's not half-time.

Brazil, Germany, Argentina-it's between those three.

Minus Spain's recent successes nothing ever changes.

France's first real tough opposition they'd faced and they were found wanting...sounds familiar lol

Neuer won't be beaten.
He didn't even have to bring his broom. He could have brought his iPad and read news on it for most of the game.

France did know this was a World Cup Quarter-Final, right?

True, it wasn't a football feast, and I thought it might have been, but there you are.

Very poor performance from France. Should be ashamed of themselves walking off the pitch..

The game needed France to score early in the second half. They simply were not up it, so it became a flat affair, really. Shame.

Thank goodness for g0ldenballs with his tip about radio 5 commentary on channel 985.

Only caught the second half but it seemed like a lackluster game. Quite strange considering the teams and a SF place at stake.

Deserved victory for the Germans. The French were hugely disappointing. What a feeble way to go out.

Germany win in 90 mins. Might help if the Brazil - Colombia game goes to extra time.
