Tariff like O2 refresh
Hi all,
Does anyone know if anyone other than O2 and tesco do a tariff like O2 refresh? I need a new phone now but also want the iPhone 6 when it's out! Thanks |

Thanks You would need to just buy a PAYG or sim free handset to use now if you want to upgrade or take out a contract for the iphone 6 in September (or whenever it launches). |

Vodafone do a contract where you can upgrade to a new phone every 12 months so long as you return the handset:

Word of warning! Phones on O2 Refresh are very expensive. Just for example a Nexus 5 [32Gb] will set you back £480.00 on the Refresh credit agreement. How much is it direct from Google? £339.00! I can only imagine all these 'high end' phones will be similarly over priced. Also most of these Refresh contracts are minimum 24 months airtime. So, even if you pay off your device plan early, you are still with O2 for the duration.

An example
iPhone 5s. You pay £480 (£549 from Apple) at £20 a month interest free for 24months. The phone is then yours and you stop paying that amount Then you pay for airtime ....I pay £16 for 24 months for unltd min/ txts and 2g So at end of term just continue with your airtime or get another phone At ANY TIME during the first 24months.....pay the remainder of handset cost only, then upgrade. Simples |

Had a nexus 4. Didn't like it. So sold it. Used the cash to pay off the rest of the phone contract. Then as I wanted a tesco sim only asked the to cancel the airtime and was with tesco two days later. |
