Htc One Problem
Can anyone give me advice on a repair problem with my HTC one.
My phone kept turning on and off constantly, kept losing signal so i sent it to HTc for repair and it came back then after a day or 2 the same problem started again. Again it was sent away and i got it back yesterday and the same problem arose again today i phoned up HTC and they informed me that it was a new unit that was replaced inside my casing and it would have to be sent away again I am extremely pissed off! i checked the imei no on the box and the 'new' phone and the imei is the same number does the imei always stay the same on replaced units? |

oh as I had an issue with mine where signal (data) would keep switching on and off, it still does even after many repairs and 2 brand new phones.
the imei will change if the phone is brand new, they most likely just did a factory reset and then sent it back, that's what they did to me a few times. |
