I have gold top or watered down extra thick cream.

I dont really have milk anymore. I have butter and coconut oil in my coffee. Sounds gross but its lovely.

Good old full fat. I find I drink less of it than semi skimmed which I could drink like water. Also makes everything taste nicer

Skimmed is just... wrong

I use semi skimmed milk, because when I was first diagnosed with type 2 diabetes it was one of the first things that my doctor recommended that I do (apart for cutting out sugar as much as possible (of course)).

You want it pasteurised, 'cos pasteurised is best.

Although I'm unsure about the orange and the purple which I've seen in supermarkets. I drink semi skimmed mainly but have some whole milk as well. I have tried skimmed before but didn't like it as much.”

These ^^^ are based on supermarket colours.
If you still have a milkround delivery (which I do) then the colours are

Gold - very creamy (jersey) milk
Silver - whole
Red and silver stripes - semi-skimmed
Blue - skimmed.

I always drink whole milk.

Organic semi-skimmed. I drink loads of the stuff. My favourite is Waitrose's Duchy, it's really tasty.

Either blue or green. Anything else is just cloudy water, yuck! And the less said about that bastardisation called almond milk the better!
