I really can't decide what's more shocking:

a) That Tirrone is finally having some work done to that filthy disgusting hovel he calls home. Say what you want about Kirsty but at least she kept her manor in order when she was there.
b) That Jason's work is not up to his usual meticulous standard, being a master builder and structural engineer like.
c) That Tirrone has broken bones, which would imply he had a spine in the first place

Seriously, he's got more than just a broken wrist. No-one could fall through a floor and not be at least badly bruised, which can have consequences.
