Three website support pages down

Not the first time I've come across this when trying to access information in the Support section of Three's website:
"KANA Knowledge Server is temporarily not responding to requests. Please try again."

Ok, the above message is what's been displayed for a while this morning, but I've just tried again and got the generic error message:
"Service Unavailable"

Webserver (sorry, KANA Knowledge Server) being restarted perhaps? Maybe it had a heavy night last night.

EDIT - just tried again, got an assortment of error messages including...

"KANA Knowledge Server is temporarily busy. Please try again."

...and...

"Knowledge Server Error
An error occurred while Knowledge Server was processing your request. Please go back and try the previous operation again."

Professor KANA and his knowledge server are finally up and running this Friday morning, presumably having had a few Alka-seltzer and a strong cup of black coffee.
