Yes, Nick's clothes were a poor choice too. And, and thenetworkbabe mentions above, Kim was oddly dressed as well.
They also seemed to be spinning against Kim in the little clip they showed. I don't want to stray into conspiracy theory country here, but I just don't "get" why the judges are so negative about Kim; and when other things are decided in ways that make her seem worse as well ...

I'm glad Kim was saved near the start. Richard's comments have been messing with her head and destroying her confidence.
I'm also very gald to see Edith survived. I don't want her to win, but I don't want her out yet either. I want her to lose by being outsung.
But why did the judges save Gina again? How did they get the idea that she's a great performer and just needs some (presumably minor) improvements in her singing?
