Eastenders might be delayed again tonight
If this games finishes in 90 mins fine, but if it goes extra time and penalties might be later than 8pm.
I wouldn't think it would be cancelled again though |

Rather than watching a global football tournament in the Brazilian sun you'd rather be watching endless misery in cold, damp Britain, how quintessentially British.

I'm with you on that, rather than football thugs we'll have to deal with marauding EastEnders' fans taking to the streets and smashing up shops and cars. The Danielle shrine proves that there are sum that are deranged enough!
The vast majority of soap fans are quite pragmatic about these things. They might be a bit miffed that their show has been postponed and come on here to vent (it is after all a Soaps forum) but they accept why it has to happen and certainly aren't about to storm Parliament over it! |

Did your mother not teach you that you should not take pleasure in the misfortunes of others. She should smack your bottom and send you to bed early

Some but I imagine a very small minority. Unfortunately they are the ones that get noticed and picked up on just as a very small minority of football fans got the sport a reputation for hooliganism.

Perhaps dear but I have visions of psycho Carter fans dressed up as Linda and Mick torching football stadiums up and down the land. I don't think that Mick would be very happy. |

But if it gets cancelled you can't watch it and complain about it. You'd have to find something else to do with you time...
![]() ![]() ![]() He will just spend his time bad mouthing those that do watch it even though he never misses an ep himself |

It was never a certainty anyway so I don't see why you did in the first place. |
