I know that Brian won ( unfortunately ) and Helen came second with Dean third but who came FOURTH ?

I can see her face now ( or her backside when she stripped off on the beach and ran into the sea ) on her promo video- which surprised me because I always thought she was so staid ) and her name is on the tip of my tongue.

If you can advise I will appreciate it.

I have had enough of this current tripe and prefer to remember the very earlier series which were all so much better ( in my opinion ).

Elizabeth?

It was Elizabeth. I remember it was a shock midweek eviction which really rocked them as they were settled in for a cozy week.

Dean was the most upset as he thought he'd end up being dad to the kids with no other adult to talk to - not far wrong really

That was when the tasks actually meant something

BB tasks were taken seriously and there were not many impromptu parties or excuses to provide the HMs with food ..

I way prefer the earlier BBs ....

This ^

I'm halfway through re-watching BB2 now. What I loved so much about the early series's is that the housemates didn't expect so much as they do now. These days they are always aware of twists and seem to figure them out for themselves.

I remember Elizabeth. She was seen as boring and bitchy by the majority of the viewers but I liked her.

Didn't she always wear a hideous fluffy jumper?

I'm considering a re-watch of BB2. I've been ploughing through BB4 recently and it's not quite as bad as I remember (well, not until Tania goes in Week 5 by which point almost all of the "characters" had been systematically destroyed!)

BB2 is next on my list as well. Not sure about BB4 though. If I remember correctly Tania was geniunely overjoyed to be evicted.

Just as a matter of interest how can you re-watch other series - particularly the one I put on my post.which was BB2.

Any help will be appreciated.

That's quite right and my point exactly.

Tasks were so much better. If you remember both Bubble and Dean got into the Guiness Book Of Record for a couple of tasks they had to do.

I quite liked her too, reminded me of Emma Thompson.

Yes - as soon as I sent my post I remembered it was Elizabeth - it had been on the tip of my tongue for ages and suddenly came to me.

And yes, I remember now Dean being especially upset because he was stuck with the "kids" - Brian and Helen !

That's the least exciting spolier I've seen in a long time

There are links on here all the time to YouTube, can you let us know one?

Yes she does have a look of her you are right. I alawys used to think I had seen her before and it is possibly because of that similarity - but I had not made the connection before.

I've seen people being banned for recommending/linking to not strictly legit places to watch BB.: youtube, torrent sites etc...

BB2 had great tasks. I remember the one where they had to keep the fire going all night and Helen thought she'd blown it because she ran inside to get an outfit to show someone. Also the first aid task, the dancing task 'hold me Bubble', Paddy the dog and the classic Guinness World Records where Dean beat the sugar cube tower record.

Good old days

Indeed so. I thought it was a great series.

The only down for me ( and it was minor ) was that personally I don't think Brian deserved to win - in fact I don't think he should have won his second one either.

I think Dean should really have won but would just have been as pleased if Helen had won. So many tried to "copy" Helen - notably Jade.

But the truth is that Helen was genuinely dense and all the more endearing for it !

Erghhh
I'm currently watching BB2, on week 4 and Dean is currently my least favorite

Looks like I'll have a long few weeks if he gets third

Dean is a grower.

I liked him and Elizabeth. I named my cat, Betty after her

I hope I don't get banned for this but on that site I type in Big Brother UK *insert which year you want to watch*. There's sometimes an episode or 2 missing but not many its pretty consistent otherwise
