Well, seeing as EE explicitly had Phil sleeping with his "Auntie Glenda" (not a blood relative) and full-on incestuous relationship between first cousins Joey and Lauren, I doubt it will be too controversial.
Where are you getting the "mother figure" stuff from? That may be how Lynda sees herself (regarding Dean as a contemporary of her kids) but there's no evidence that Dean sees their relationship in that way.
