Honestly baffled by this whole result.

Just dont get Matthew boos at all. All he did was stand up for himself against Helen who the crowd hate and only got nasty when she did. Not enough people in the house are doing that.

And Ashleigh yes she is coming across as nasty BUT she ensured Ash was up so we could get out one of Helens crew, who they feel are superior to the other HMS

Now all the result has done is boosted Helen Ash Marlon and Stevens EGO They will all think they rule the house again. What fun.

They supported the bullies, plain and simple, it cannot be denied, it is there for all to see.

You said it youself. She ensured ash was up, bragged about it behind everyones back, and came across as a really smug girl who feels superior to the other HMs. The public didnt like this and obviously decided not to give her the satisfaction of getting rid of ash.

People buy the edit.

If BB can edit an unpleasant man like Jimbo Davidson out to be a victim and a hero in a few short weeks they can easily do the same for Helen given even more time and no way to sling her out before the final.

Ye I know, but at the cost of keeping in Helens best friend? Thats what i dont get Helen has been far more nasty or is it just that the public have forgot.

Spite Ashleigh and reward Helen

How many times do we have to point out that nobody put the words in Ashleigh's mouth. Do you reallly think that BB should have NOT shown her braging and bitching?

It was NOT the edit, it was Ashleigh, plain and simple. 2 wrongs don't make a right, the ends do not justify the means etc etc.

This was NOT a pro-Helen vote by the public, it was an anti-Ashleigh vote.

it was a close vote (Rylan said so on BOTS), so approx 50% agree with you... approx 50% don't.

There you go, welcome to democracy.

So you are going to just ignore the boo's for Ash then are you ?

I'm not supporting the "bullies" as you always like to say, i don't even like Helen and Ash. But, i didn't like Matthew either so i voted Matthew this week.

Doesnt explain why the crowd were booing Matthew so much. I just dont get it at all. Helen as been nastier for weeks.

Matthew was boo'ed last week as well, wasn't he? I think a few things sealed his fate...

1. Ashleigh's arrogance and obnoxious behaviour didn't help, but also...
2. His association with the awful Toya won't have helped.
3. His girlfriend was a bleak representative. She came across as condescendingly as Matthew does.

Agreed, I think his girlfriend on BOTS was the final nail in the coffin for Matthew - she was a nightmare! It thought Matthew was a pain in the backside and then I saw her.... eughhh

People do NOT just buy the edit. Remember what Tamara said during her first appearance on BOTS, she said that Ashleigh was a bit of a brat.

I liked Matthew (he'd have been in my top 4) and I'm disappointed he's been evicted. However I think he was a worthwhile sacrifice to put the kibosh on Ashleigh. She'd become such a show-ruiner for me that I actually laughed out loud when I turned over from the footy to see the eviction result.

Hopefully either she'll have got the message and stop being such a depressing sourfaced misery that's draining the life out of the show... or she'll be up and out next Friday.

All three of these points

plus not all who vote on online polls pick their phones up and vote

maybe people thought that there were so many people going to phone and vote Ash out that they didnt have to

Big mistake as there seemed to be more people who wanted to save Ash so they picked up their phones and voted for Mathew who was the closest to going out

if people dont vote they really cant complain

I voted Matthew and have to say it didn't cross my mind that it was anything to do with Ashleigh.

He was horrible, not the row but the attitude. It was him bringing up the row at his birthday party that did it for me. Such a nasty, bitchy thing to do.
And why?
They were having fun at that time.

I can't speak for anyone else. But I voted to evict Matthew because I dislike him more than the others who were up. I really can't stand people who feel they are superior to others. Plus he didn't know how to have fun and was boring to watch, exactly the same as Ashleigh is.

When they run out of lambs to slaughter and start gnawing on their own,
who do you think will be the first member of the cool gang to be attacked??
Jale or Kim ?

Well Ash calling Jale a maggot certainly shows you what he thinks of people

And last week when he said it should have been a 'boring bastard that was up' talking about the other HMs not someone like him who 'brings so much to the show'

I only ever saw matthew say he was better than Helen and to be fair he is classier than she ever will be.

So was it voting the HM who thought they were superior and unattractive over the one being superior and attractive ?

This is why im still confused over the result..

Here are the reasons why Ash stayed:

-People want to see him with his top off rather than Matthew
-90% of the people voting are women
-Ash, Marlon, and Steven do stuff that is fun.

Apparently...

So in other words you wanted them to get rid of Ash to spite Helen and reward Ashleigh

No I wanted them to get rid of Ash on his own merits, simply that he is an arrogant bully and a tosser who thinks he is above being nominated and better than his other HMs. Helen losing a friend would have just been collateral.

My above quote was in reference to everyone saying Matthew was evicted because of Ashleigh which I dont think makes sense because in doing so its rewarded Helen.

But most people still wanted rid of Ash more to get at Helen this is the same reason Tamara went.

On the other hand some wanted rid of Matt to get at Ashleigh which is also fair enough I suppose

I myself wish all 4 were gone as I don't like any of them
