Nick is becoming........

Basil Fawlty. I am starting to find him embarrassing to watch at the moment. I think that his character is becoming less and less believable as the episodes go on. I do like a lot of the comedy in cs, but, I think the writers are making Nicks character more and more ridiculous, and, am not sure if it's meant to be funny or not.

Agreed, watching him is cringeworthy.

Agreed but I kinda liked it when he was off on one...

I was expecting someone to order a Waldorf Salad...

Yeah this the second episode where he is acting like Basil - in fact John Cleese's agent should sue. Nick is a tw*t of the highest degree, not believable at all. The Bistro should go bust with all the arguments that go on front of house.

That was exactly the thing that come into my mind after his outburst in front of Kal and his family towards Leanne.

I actually like what they have done with the character as I always found him quite boring and one dimensional.

Now he has multiple personality traits, he can be funny like Friday yet really menacing and vindictive too. Its a great move by the producer to give him this brain injury storyline allowing the character to have many facets in which to take a story in whatever direction they wish.
I think Ben Price is doing a great job as Nick, so much that I often forget he's the 3rd actor to play the part.

Didn't you hear him the bistro is closed until further notice while he sorts out his mental breakdown.

Nick is becoming.......

Just another big Corrie joke for a character. OTT nastiness. Corrie pulled their usual trick when Leanne was saying goodbye to Kal's family. No sooner had they got out the door before - guess who's here? It's Nick and didn't he vent?!!!!

Mind you Gail also suddenly appeared from nowhere in the gym to give Leanne nagging.

I guess it is not meant to be realistic I mean Gail hasn't even recognized Les Dennis from Family Fortunes yet.

i was thinking he looked a bit like Basil Fawly although him and David also looked like the pound shop Mitchell Brothers.

I think he's great but do think he's overdone it abit lately, at the end of the last episode for instance.

A quality operator. We need him centre stage much more, serving it up to that two bit brass.

I would rather he just admit he's enjoying his vengeance rather than using the brain damage as an excuse

The Brain damage issue is no excuse anyway as he has always had a nasty streak
