Just spotted a trailer for the new series advertising new adventures & old enemies returning. At the end clara asks the doctor "who's that?" To which an image of charles dance appears - who is described by the doctor as the master.

If on the Internet it's no doubt a fake and if TV then I think there would have been a slightly larger reaction by now.

The Charles Dance as the Master rumour has been doing the rounds for months.

If its a fan made trailer i'll be highly disappointed. I went onto youtube & typed in dr who trailer 2014. The trailer was a minute & 15 seconds long. It looked too well done for a fan made one, but im not really an expert on technological thingymibobs.

Fake...sadly. Good actor. Probably using footage from this Gamey Thrones programme that my younger friends and colleagues seem so keen on?

i cant watch the video but if its the one i think it is then it doesnt even look real. Impressive ill grant you that but definitley doesnt look real

Yes, it's been talked about on/off now since February. Not long after filming started on Series 8.

Reliable spoiler people are claiming that the Master returning in the last two episodes of series 8 and Charles Dance is not true. I think the Charles Dance rumour was started by (or repeated a lot) by a person who is associated with Sammi Carter. I don't know why some fans think rumours are fact.

Although it is better than anything I could do, it is pretty obvious it's not a real trailer by the terrible compositions. I also fail to see how one could be fooled, unless you were wanting it to be real too much...
