vodafone sim swap problem HELP
My wife's iphone went from so I requested a full sized sim from vodafone to go into a Samsung galaxy phone, I did the sim swap on line and it was successful apart from 1 thing when you try and call anybody it comes up with call ended and if you try and call the mobile you get the voice message this person's phone is unavailable. The texting is fine .
So what's going wrong ? |

If it's been under 24 hours wait.
Restart the phone. If that doesn't work Call customer services. |
