deawoo set up

i have bought a deawoo dvd recorder and video combined
now i have set it up but am wondering if i have done it right plus we want to connect the other dvd to it
on the back of new one there is 2 scart sockets
in it i have put in bottom scart the one to tv
in the 2 nd one my hubbys cctv camera
then the sky is in a round one and also the ariel is in round one

but sky not in stereo - never has been
and were can i put other dvd player

can anyone tell me if this is right or is there a better way

Take out all the connections you have currently put in, and turn off the power. Then follow the diagram i made below:
You might need an extra scart lead, because Sky should be connected through scart, Not the aerial cable you describe.

Start with the aerial, then work on the SCARTs..

thanks for that davester but why is the cctv in sky ??? we video it every night

also were can i put in other dvd player to be able to copy

i would connect cctv to dvd/vcr scart 2, dvd/vcr scart 1 to sky vcr scart, sky tv scart to tv scart 1.

other dvd player to tv scart 2.

you will be able to record the cctv on av2, or whaterever the recorders av channel is called and record from sky in stereo on av1

this should work fine, you may find you need another scart lead, im not sure

unless another tv is fed from the system then the aerial should only go into the dvd/vcr and then into the tv.

hope this works and isn't confusing
