I wouldn't say it felt like an episode of Friends, there were two references to jokes that have been in Friends.

I'll check before making threads in future. Feels like an episode of Friends was a slight exaggeration but you knew what I meant.

I'm not normally one to have a go at the writing in soaps but it felt like a very lazy attempt for comedy

Just disappointed that nobody did the "The messers become the messees!" line.

The show is increasingly using other shows for inspiration these days. I think that justifies a thread.

Never seen Friends, but EE was sooo funny tonight.

It's quite rude to say it isn't thread worthy people should be allowed to express an opinion. There were similarities between Eastenders tonight and a friends episode so someone should be able to start a thread on it.

Thought they ruined Rachel's character with the Joey crap, but Friends overall is amazing! Can't believe there are still people who haven't watched every single episode - several times!
