I can't see where they're going with this. If she succeeds will she stay on the square, living in his house and owning all his businesses with Phil, Ronnie and Ben sitting back and doing nothing. She's more likely to take all his money and leave.

I don't think she will go through with this and I don't think she is leaving the show.

Same question then...where would she go without Phil and without his money. She'd be back to nowhere to live, no friends and no job. Maybe he will end up giving her the bar and she will move out, but what then.

Very good point. I think Sharon can move in Jack's old flat and maybe they may bring in Sharon's family in the show? I just want independent Sharon again haha. I think after Sharon and Phil split up, Phil and Shirley will reunite lol

If Sharon does take Phil down, it would be another reason to keep Rainie around, I can see her tempting Phil down that road again. Sharon and Shirley both need to tell him where to go. Im actually rooting for a Phil downfall!

I really hope this isnt the case but I wonder if this will lead onto her exit

I like the idea of Phil being disabled and in a wheelchair for a while or possibly even Permanently would really give Steve McFadden something to get his teeth into, if Sharon just takes all his money it wouldn't be long until Phil got it all back and got his revenge on Sharon, as whatever happens Phil won't go down without a fight. What i would do personally is have Sharon trick Phil into signing all of his businesses and assets over to Sharon similar to how Phil tricked Dan into signing the Vic over to Phil all them years ago, once Phil finds out what Sharon has done to him he hits the roof and vows revenge on Sharon, in the argument Sharon scared of Phil after he has hit her pulls out the gun to scare Phil (Not with the attention to shoot him) and to stop him in tracks, however things go wrong and the 2 of them have a scuffle and the gun goes off and Phil is shot. Phil is then rushed to hospital and once he comes round realises he can't feel his legs, after the doctors do some test's it is revealed that Phil is Paralysed and it could be permanent. Probably won't happen like that but it would be interesting.

this sounds really crap. Ritchie and Phil will shaft her whatever she thinks shes doing in 'revenge'. Its a pity Denny does'nt accidentally kill himself when he finds the gun, that would rid sharon of that kid and give her more cause to end phil and he would have a hard time explaining the gun to plod, the only thing she could do that would set phil off is to hump grunt on his kitchen table, fleecing him will have no effect, phils lost money before and he's still got shirley to hump so loosing a leg over won't bother him much either.

This had better be spectacular, although I doubt the current writing team are up to producing anything noteworthy.

In fairness she won back Grant with the intention of embarrassing him when he announced their engagement, but couldn't go through with it in the end!

I just hope this time she does! Sharon can be a hard woman when she wants to be, and I'm fed up of the simpering weak woman we have at the moment! I'd love her to have more of the Chrissie Watts hard edge about her, without the murder part of course!

And she couldn't go through with it because she still loved him and he her. She doesn't love Phil.

I hope she marries Phil. Then she can legally rinse him and his lawyer wont be able to do naff all about it. Then kick him out of his own house!

I agree, if she does have faltering moments she needs to keep thinking about the involvement Phil had in Dennis' death and how he arranged for those thugs to duff her up! Hopefully that will be enough to make her go through with it and not feel feel remorseful!

I agree with you elly. Her reaction to Dennis was really badly written. I hope it's revealed that she planned to do something all along.

Would be very refreshing if Shirl told him to sod off and he had to rely on Billy and Roxy for a while.

I wonder if that will make her character more unlikeable? Fans may hate on her for doing a "cruel" thing to Phil but he deserves it anyway.

From listening to Sharon Marshall on This Morning today it sounds like the wedding is much sooner than we expected. Might be September.

I echo another poster. Really hope they get Babs back for these episodes. Peggy has to be present for it to really work!

I would love to see Sharon and Shirl tell him to sod off and to see Phil have to rely on Billy? - now that would be, just, brilliant.

Good. My ideal vision is she gets her own back good and proper, he goes running to reliable old Shirl who also proceeds to reject him. Leaving Phil alone in the gutter.

I would love for Sharon to dump him on his wedding day and tells him that they will be having a bitter court dispute.. (so Sharon can get more than half of Phil's businesses).

When Phil is heartbroken after what Sharon has done, I want him to go to Shirley but Shirley tells him to get lost, leaving him a broken man. But they really need to bring back Peggy because there is NO way Peggy would ever let Phil and Sharon get married. I wonder if she knows about Phil/Sharon? Probably

Peggy and Sharon did settle their feud but Sharon had moved on from Phil and Grant at that point.

When Peggy found out Phil was back with Sharon she refused to attend Lexi's christening. Which was probably in character for Peggy.

So she has to turn up for this. Hopefully with Sal in tow so they can offset some of the drama.

We need to write the scripts! I'd like to see Shaz smash a deckchair on his head too for the lulz.

It wouldn't happen though. Phil away from Sharon is exactly the situation Shirley is waiting for.

Phil penniless and depressed would give Shirley the perfect opportunity to weasel her way back into his bed again as a sympathy-shag.

if Sharon takes Phil's house too, he could even move into Shirley's room at the Vic as that building has tardis-like properties nowadays .....

I wouldn't advise anyone to try that IRL....you'd get laughed out of court. You can't expect to marry a wealthy man, walk out on him the same day, and pocket a small fortune. In fact Phil would be entitled to an annulment if that happened, the same as Roxy.
