Everytime he's up for nominated he some how escapes being up for eviction.

Well he certainly did his best to ensure Chris is nominated by several people next week, didn't he! The thing with Steven is that he unlikely to be nominated for quite some time himself, unfortunately, but he has let his mates know exactly who one of his nominations will be and ensured that the others all know that Chris will be getting at least one nomination from him.

As somebody above said, he has to be nominated first... can't see that happening for quite some time (well, I can see him being nominated, but not by enough people to face eviction in a normal noms/eviction scenario).
He only escaped being up this week by one nomination so it's not beyond the realms of possibilty that he could be up next week

Thinking about it more, you could be right - Chris may nominate him, especially if he gets wind of what Steven's been saying. Christopher could nominate him, especially after being called the most annoying housemate by Steven, even though it was all 'done in jest'. Depends on if they get a 3rd nomination for him or if they go back down to the 2 noms rule, depends upon how the noms are split I guess.

The only trouble is that Ashleigh, Christopher, Chris and Marlon will all get a lot of noms so Steve might not get enough

Yes, those are the targets, along with Jale obviously having the Killer Nom and Marlon effectively giving himself a Killer Nom by pressing that buzzer

Exactly - I cannot STAND Steven, he is definitely the biggest game player - have you not noticed how it is always him that starts off conversations about certain hms trying to put doubt into the heads of his so called 'Cool Gang' i.e. with Chris he keeps saying that he doesn't trust him and that he is a really nice person but he is not to be trusted etc. etc. Steven tries to manipulate people into his way of thinking. He is a really horrible, cringey, disgusting person at the end of the day who the hell has sex on tv knowing his family are watching - he is VILE
