For the past ten days my email address has locked up, everyday around mid day when I try to access.

Have rung them every day, they have called back, changed the password, plus the one on the primary account.

Have spoken to numerous people but no-one seems to know why or can help. Any ideas.

Need more info. An email address can't lock up.

Are you using a mail client? Webmail? If so which client/browser?

Do you get any errors?
