Okay, Naruto, it does appear that you have put a lot of effort into this task and the process so far, definitely one of the most dedicated and readily available out of all the candidates. In this task it appears you performed well both as a project manager, with unanimously positive appraisals from your team members in evaluations, and also a team member - finding half the items of your team, 4 of which were cheaper than the other team's. I am impressed with your defence, and also from what I've seen from you and heard from my advisor's. Naruto, you are not in danger of being fired, and you may leave the boardroom.

Jess, I think you totally have it in you to be a successful candidate, but it does appear you have lots of personal commitments that prevent you from being able to contribute as much as is required. In both tasks so far, absences have been an issue, is there much point keeping you on if you don't have the time to fully commit?

Tom, I'm not really sure what's gone on here. You seemed eager to participate in this series initially, when I told you about the dates a day prior to it starting you simply replied to me saying you were looking forward to it beginning. Despite me attempting to make contact with you, I received no reply and from what I've heard you failed to respond any contact attempted to be made by your team either. The only person you've appeared to have made contact with is my advisor, who you informed you were on holiday. I'm not sure why I wasn't made aware of this when the process started? Did you not think to tell me when I gave you the dates and you merely stated you were excited for it to begin, or did you forget that you were going away? Furthermore, I'm not really sure why you couldn't have made more contact later on to inform people about your holiday - obviously having an absent member was a hindrance to your team, whilst I don't expect you to fully contribute whilst on holiday I have seen you online and commenting on other areas on the forum so I don't see why you weren't able to send a short PM informing your team members why you couldn't contribute, would that really have been too much to ask? Obviously I'm not saying that you can't go on holiday if your taking part in this game, we expect candidates to have plans and do not expect every single candidate to be online every single minute of the game. Having said that, the way you went about this was all wrong. All I have to say is that it's a shame a candidate who was clearly much more dedicated was fired last week and not you. This decision was much easier than last week's decision, and I expect it to be much easier than any other I will have to make in this process.
