My coconut best before date is tomorrow. I also have some Mailbu and coke. Is there any way I could combine these things do you think? or will it be disgusting.

Fresh coconut? I'd put it in a blender with water (include the water from inside the nut if you can), blend until it's well purified, then pass it through a sieve. That gives you coconut milk.
