I used to like her because I thought she had some integrity. She used to be very critical of Cain and his way of life. She was totally against breaking the law. Then, in her hour of need, she was more than happy to take the money from Cain after he and Ross stole those expensive cars from Declan's swanky party. Then, on Friday, she mentioned to Cain that it would be good if he could get some cash from the "magic cash machine". Basically telling him to go and steal someone else's money to give to her because she can't sustain herself financially so someone else has to suffer.

A brand new entry on my Loathing List.

Oh dear even more "bile" against a soap character. Whatever next!

Morag the slag has made herself very dislikeable lately. Didnt take her long to start laying into Cain again because he was supposed to "talk to" her self obsessed prat of a son. Cain has cleared up the Barton's mess over and over again with little or no thanks. I really wish he hadnt gone back to this boring and disfunctonal family as he is far better alongside his own family and the Bartons with their everlasting angst and problems bore me to death frankly.

Only 3? I eat the whole packet! But having said all that they changed Moira's character as when she and Jawn first arrived they were like newlyweds they were so loved up. It doesnt make sense that she would drop her drawers so easily with her husband's dorkish bro so early in their marraige just because Jawn got drunk one night. Plus would she really have been so eagar to have the whole clan live with her and work with her if there was the slightest doubt of the paternity of her idiot son? Its all very contrived.

I cant bear Moira and when you have scenes with Moira/Adam or Moira /James i just loate them .

Why does Cain stay with her ? she whinges and moans constantly , acts as though her adult son is a toddler .......and Cain should run after him and make everything better .

Moira is so up herself it is laughable , she is nothing more then a cynical middle aged women with a spoilt brat of a son who she panders to so he doesnt cut contact like her daughers ( who i pray never return on screen )

Really dislike her and wish they would get Cain away from her and her mob !

I can't believe the DNA test was valid-a sock from the bin, with no proof it was Adam's.
I bet a proper test would prove he was John's son, but there again, John and James DNA would be very similar!

I like Moira but nothing is ever her fault - I see where Adam gets it from.

Also I don't understand why she didn't push for her own DNA test to be done. Unless that is the plot twist later down the line.

Moira's always been a sexy hypocrite, nothing new there.
It's her pathetic son who really needs sorting.

Time and time again, folk bail this blubbering big girl's blouse out of situations, often taking the fall for him along the way.
What has it taught him though, eh?
Is he a nicer, better rounded individual because of it - has he learned anything or even attempted to curb his ways?
Nah, has he heck, and now the snivelling coward has started bullying Bluto because he knows he can't deck him with his Lord Nelson arm.

It's about time this mummy's boy did a decent stretch in one of Her Majesty's hotels, where Mr. Big who's in with the wardens could teach him a thing or two about the harsh reality of life, whilst making him his special girlfriend.
Yeah, sure he'd be walking out of there like his old fella John Wayne Stubbs on his release, but he'd be a far better person for the life lesson.

BiB : And here we have the crux of it Unc! Who was that very famous philosopher who said something along the lines of 'Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it'? Forget now, but it was either Sam Dingle or that bloke what wrote Samba Pa Ti. They were spot on anyway.

He was acting like a hypocrite himself when before he walked out he said "when are going to realise it's not all about you?" I was wondering whose benefit it was for then when he walked out and left Moira on her own after her world crashed around in front of her. It certainly wasn't hers.

Both your good self Janet and that dodgy OJ character continually impress me.
I like clever ladies.
It's made me want to start reading those book things too.
I watched Family Guy the other night, and Brian Griffin explained that a book was like the internet made out of a tree.

That was enough for me, I think I'm sold.

Thanks Janet, that's the chappie. If only he could've written music like Carlos Santana, and looked like him too, (phwooaar ), he could probably have made something of himself.

Definitely. A lot of people in Emmerdale seem to have that trait.

Moira is getting a tad hypocritIcal but I guess she's desperate. Self delusion is a Dingle trait though (as others have said) so she'll fit right it. So come to that will Adam who seems to be believe everything he does is justified, others have a duty to cover for him and getting off on exerting power over the poor sod he injured and so can't fight back.

Adumb has learnt nothing from being given several chances - starting the fire, knocking over KeRry, and I agree with Uncle Q - a spell inside might sort him out though I can see Mr Big tireing having a girlfriend as childish and whiny as him very quickly!
