Kimberley's Left Arm
Berkshire_Lady
13-07-2014
Did anyone notice on last nights BB program the 2 red marks on Kimberley's left arm, to me they look like finger marks?
I am concerned that although she seems to be ok(?) with the relationship there appears to be some kind of control/abuse going on.... and her veiled comments of I cant talk here I'll tell you on the outside make me think even more that she has been the subject of abuse at some time in her life.
It appears to me that Kimberley has changed since she came in the house and is not as confidant as she first was....
The way she has fallen under Stevens control is quite frightening - even to the extent that although she has agreed with him that he is controlling she said it is in a positive way!! How can controlling be positive - he is eating into her confidence bit by bit and gradually taking over her life - who the hell does he think he is that he doesn't want her to meet with the ex for her to end the relationship once and for all in a dignified and respectful way unless he is there!
To me this is typical of an abusive relationship - he is alienating her from all that attracted him to her in the first place (if he ever was.....) her confidence and belief in herself!!
Don't get me wrong, I am not particularly a fan of Kimberley but I do think she is struggling and BB need to intervene

I think it's far more likely to be task-related injuries.

If they weren't.... don't you'd think she'd cover them up?

Playing devils advocate here......... those marks could be totally innocent.

I did a little experiment, and scratched my arm, like I had a itch, using two fingers, and got marks resembling those on Kims arm (I should audition for CSI ). So it could be nothing sinister.

I do agree however, that Steven is coming across as controlling but not in the physical sense. I will also be sorely tempted to stamp my foot if I hear "you know I love you" pass from his lips, one more time

Well she had only just got out of bed - so perhaps hadn't noticed them at that point, and also they look fresh

I am no expert, but I have worked with enough emotionally and mentally abused victims to know that although you can heal the physical trauma the emotional scars live long after the physical scars heal
